In July 2022, Tenere was acquired by Cadrex; in August 2022, they began operating as Tenere - a Cadrex company, and are now officially transitioning to the Cadrex brand.

Headquartered in Dresser, Wisconsin, with additional facilities in Osceola, Wisconsin, Westminster, Colorado, and Monterrey, Mexico, Tenere offers over 580,000 square feet of manufacturing space. Capabilities include prototyping, DFM engineering, tooling, sheet metal fabrication, metal stamping, injection molding, mechanical assembly, finishing, and supply chain support.
